I’m focusing only on the positives today. So here goes:
- I made it to my appointment with my psych
- I stayed for half an hour
- I didn’t rush to leave or to come home but strolled back
- I ate lunch, telling myself that I deserve food
I’m pretty exhausted now, but wanted to record the positives. I’ll think about the negatives another day.
K is out with Young Carers doing kayaking, archery, zip wire and problem solving so I have my feet up and am as relaxed as I can be at the moment.
It’s all good.
