An open letter to the big guy in red 🙂
This is the first time I’ve written to you, I hope it’s ok that I’m a grown up now.
For Christmas I would like, please, for you to bring health and happiness to my family – to my littlest sister Emma, my little sister Lisa, Annie-mum, all my step-siblings, cousins and aunts and uncles. I used to wish for a new family and now I have one.
Please bring my little-big-girl some of the things she’s asked for. Not all, I’ve seen the list! But she’s a good kid, she deserves a happy Christmas. If you can spare some more health and happiness and a sprinkling of success for her, I’d be very grateful.
We have a cat and two guinea pigs – Colditz the cat would love some beef Dreamies treats please, and Gingersnap and Crumbs would like a new tube to play in.
My parts are asking for sweeties, fluffy socks, and something to cuddle if that’s possible. They’ll be leaving you some cake and a mug of tea, and a shiny red apple for Rudolph.
And, Father Christmas, if you can do all that then I don’t need to ask you for anything for grown up me, except another dash of health and happiness for my team while you’re passing. Fly safely,
